Term and Conditions for car hire in Bandung

General
-	Free unlimited mileage
-	Free pickup at your hotel or airport in Bandung (in the rental periode)
-	Free Bandung Road Map if available
-	Please do not leave valuables in the car (while our driver is not in the car)
-	In rare cases, the car you've made a reservation for may be replaced with a similar vehicle.
-	Car rental should be with driver.
-	Car Rental in Bandung (English) = Sewa mobil di Bandung (Bahasa) = Kereta Sewa di Bandung (Malay)
Rates
-	Tariffs are fixed and must be paid in advance (before rent)
-	Quotes are valid for 28 days and may vary after this time to cover any additional costs for fuel or Government charges or National economic conditions.
-	Any variations to the original car rental may incur additional charges and fees
-	Car rental rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp.)
-	Rate are subject to change without notice
-	Rates are only for car rent, except mention with the others
-	Special rates available on request (rent more than 6 days)
Car Rental Period
-	Car Rental in Bandung that provided by Total Travel uses a calendar-day billing policy.
-	Time and location of car rental starting and ending in Bandung.
Driver
-	Driver Rp. 75.000/day (exclude driver's meals)
-	Driver working hours: 06:00 - 22:00
-	Drivers are restricted to driving no more than 14 hours per day
-	Every five (5) hours driving must be followed by at least a 30minute break away from the vehicle
-	Your driver has been trained to manage emergency situations. In the case of an emergency, please follow the driver s instructions.
-	Driver's meals : based on meal time, such as breakfast, lunch or dinner
-	Driver accomodation: No cost for Bandung, and Rp. 75,000/night for others
-	Driver overtime: Rp. 10,000/hour
-	The driver is ultimately in total control of the charter and will communicate with the tour leader regarding alterations to the charter or requests from the group.
-	Please be aware that if the charter exceeds the parameters of your quote, an additional charge will be incurred.
-	The driver reserves the right to refuse to transport persons under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, or who are, or are likely to become, objectionable to other persons.
Fuel/petrol
-	These tariffs exclude Fuel/petrol.
Passanger Right
-	Special requests by the client during the charter are to be agreed to by the driver.
-	TotalTravel reserves the right to refuse transportation to any passenger intoxicated by alcohol or drugs, as well as any individual that threatens the welfare of other passengers or the drivers.
-	Our drivers are empowered to refuse service if they feel threatened in any way or fear for the safety of their fare.
-	Please avoid taking glass bottles, stubbies etc. Plastic cups and cans are much safer.
-	If there is unsociable or unruly behaviour on or off the vehicle any time, the driver has the right to terminate the car rental immediately and if necessary call the police.
Bagage
-	While we keep our car manned or locked at all times, TotalTravel cannot assume any responsibility for the personal property.
-	Our luggage compartments (if available) will be kept locked at all times. Baggage and other carry-on items will be handled by passengers (and passengers alone).
Garbage
-	Garbage bins are provided in most of our cars for your convenience. Please use them as a cleaning fee of 50,000 IDR may be charged if the vehicle returns in an unreasonable state.
Travel Insurance for Bandung Car Rental
-	TotalTravel requires that all tour participants have travel insurance coverage including trip interruption, trip cancellation, health and life. TotalTravel and agencies cannot be expected to refund or credit clients when circumstances prevent the client from completing their trip. Insurance should be considered as part of the cost of any holiday.
-	The very nature of providing tours causes concern on the part of TotalTravel as to the safety of each tour participant. Due to this the company reserves the right to refuse to accept or retain any person as a client of any package at any time and for any reason whatsoever, which TotalTravel and/or its suppliers shall in our (their) sole judgment deem necessary. In any such event the companies involved shall not be held liable and the client shall have no recourse whatsoever, directly or indirectly against TotalTravel and/or its suppliers with respect to the cancellation.
Responsibility
-	TotalTravel and cooperating agencies act only in the capacity of agent for the participation in all matters relating to car rental and/or all other related travel services and assume no responsibility howsoever caused for injury, loss or damage to person or property in connection with any service including but not limited to, that resulting directly or indirectly from: acts of God, detention, annoyance, delays and expenses arising from quarantine, strikes, thefts, pilferage, force majure, failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled, civil disturbances, government restrictions or regulations, discrepancies or change in transit. Reasonable changes in itinerary may be made where deemed advisable for the comfort and well being of the participants.
Booking
-	Once you have decided on a tour and it is confirmed you will have to pay a deposit to secure your reservation.
-	Terms for deposit to secure a car rental date(s) and time.
-	Minimum Downpayment is 25% of total amount.
-	Please don't transfer or pay any money to "Total Travel" before we confirmed about your order.
Payment
-	Payment for all car rental must be made in full prior to the car rental.
-	If incurred afterward, payment of any other charges, such as late fees, fuel charge and drop-off charge, must be made to "Total Travel".
-	Payment can be done by cash and/or bank transfer to the TotalTravel Bank account
-	Any payment should be pay in Indonesia Rupiah (Rp.)
Extend
-	Extend of car rental means new contract, and should be confirm to Total Car Rental for car availibility first.
-	If the renter wishes to extend the rental beyond the original contract date, authorisation must be obtained from TotalTravel. Failure to do so will result in TotalTravel reporting the car stolen and immediately negates all cover. Penalties may be incurred.
Cancellation
-	There is no cancellation fee providing that the chartering party notifies TotalTravel in writing, via email or fax or SMS 15 days before the planned trip date. Last minute cancellations will be subject to penalties of up to 100% the trip cost.
-	If you need to use earlier than your end-of-order date for any reason, contact "Total Travel". The unused daily rental period will be refunded, but a cancellation fee will apply.
-	Cancellation of multiple day charter refund schedule: 90% refund of deposit for 7 days or more notice, 50% refund of deposit for 4 days or more notice. No refund of deposit for less than 4 days in advance notice.
Claim
-	Maximum claim is equal to the money which have been accepted from renter at it contract.
